Availability, start dates, service scope, duration and charges are established in your proposal and agreement. A general service description does not mean every location or package provides the same arrangement.
Managed office projects may include a property search, leasing, design, furniture and staffing according to the brief. Locations marked “Coming soon” should not be treated as open centres ready to accept bookings.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form creates a request. The displayed reference confirms that it has been recorded; it is not a confirmed booking, accepted proposal or contract. Visits and meetings are confirmed after availability and details are agreed with our team.
Equipment, refreshments, early access, cancellation and timing changes are agreed before a booking. One-day guest visits also depend on availability and advance arrangements.
