1. Who may contact you, and about what?
This website presents the services of SOYKP İş Merkezi İşletmeciliği AŞ and SOMAYA İş Merkezi İşletmeciliği AŞ, operating under the SwissOffices brand. Online sales and proposal enquiries are handled by our shared sales team acting for both companies. The company making your proposal and entering into your service agreement is identified in the documents provided to you.
Address: Levent Mah. Cömert Sok. No:1/C D:40 34330 Beşiktaş İstanbul
Email: info@swissoffices.com
Phone: +90 212 317 47 47
If you give permission, the two companies named above may contact you by email, SMS and phone about SwissOffices services, new locations and offers. Permission covers these companies’ SwissOffices marketing. It does not cover messages on behalf of other brands or the sale of your information to third parties for their own marketing.
2. What data is processed, and why?
Your name, email address and phone number are processed to send the marketing communications you have permitted and to manage your preferences. Processing for this marketing purpose relies on your explicit consent. A newsletter registration that collects only an email address does not create permission for SMS or phone calls.
Consent and withdrawal statements, together with their time, source, language and scope, are retained as necessary to manage and demonstrate permissions and fulfil legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase evidence that must be retained on a separate legal basis.
The Website Privacy Notice explains processing, disclosures and international transfer conditions; the Retention and Disposal Policy explains retention and disposal. This communication permission does not, by itself, provide consent or a legal safeguard for an international data transfer.
3. Your optional permission statement
I would like to receive commercial communications from SOYKP İş Merkezi İşletmeciliği AŞ and SOMAYA İş Merkezi İşletmeciliği AŞ about SwissOffices services, new locations and offers by email, SMS and phone. I consent to the use of my name and contact details for this purpose. I may withdraw my consent at any time.
This statement appears with a separate checkbox that is initially empty and is not required. Marketing permission is not a condition for requesting information, a proposal or an appointment, applying for a job, or obtaining services. You may submit your enquiry without selecting the box.
Acknowledging a privacy notice and choosing cookie preferences are separate from marketing permission. Replies to your requests and necessary service messages are treated separately from promotional communications.
4. Permission records and IYS
Your permission is recorded with the statement you accepted, its version, the relevant companies, communication channels, date, language and source form. Publishing an updated statement does not automatically extend the scope of a permission you gave earlier.
The consent and refusal requirements of Türkiye’s Commercial Electronic Message Management System (IYS) apply separately to commercial messages. Creating a website form record does not mean that IYS registration has been completed. Permissions recorded in IYS may be viewed and managed for the relevant service provider or brand and channel through IYS.
5. How can you withdraw permission?
You may withdraw without giving a reason and free of charge by emailing info@swissoffices.com or using the free opt-out method in a commercial message you receive. Specify the channel or channels you wish to stop; you may opt out of one channel or all marketing, for either company or both companies. You can also contact our team on +90 212 317 47 47.
Commercial messages through the relevant channels will stop within three business days after your refusal. The related personal data processing that relies on your explicit consent stops when we receive your withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was received.
See Your Privacy Rights for your other rights and application methods under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law.
