What is the difference between a dedicated desk, a hot desk and a day booking?+
A dedicated desk is assigned to you for an agreed period. With a hot desk, you use one of the available desks when you arrive. A day booking lets you arrange desk use for a specific date in advance; it does not assign you a permanent desk.
Will I have the same desk every time?+
Yes, with a dedicated desk arrangement. Hot desk use and day bookings do not guarantee the same desk on each visit.
Can I come in without a reservation?+
Hot desk use depends on availability that day. Contact us before setting out to check space and access hours. If you need a desk on a particular date, arrange a day booking in advance.
